Happy Halloween Week!

October's block of the month, I just realized only two more this year, yikes, Christmas is coming isn't it??
My lovely Halloween banner (it was hard to take a picture of!), put together by Elizabeth at Bluebird Papercrafts.  I know most of you have probably seen it already on the other talented ladies blogs, but just had to share the spot where it lives in my home.  That's new paint on the walls, it's called peanut butter!  If you know me, you know that I LOVE peanut butter, I couldn't believe they had a paint color just for me. :)

After several days of spotty, then no internet service, I think they finally have the problem fixed.  I'm trying to catch up with all your blogs, it just may take awhile.  Oh the joys of living in the boonies!

Geez, it seems like you started the block of the month only a month ago! This year has really flown by. Your October block turned out fantastic, and I love the way the banner looks on your mantle. You gals are so talented!

Hi Lisa,
Great October block. Love the papers you used. You chose the best place to display the Halloween banner, as close to eye level as possible! Have a great week.

Lisa, Your Halloween banner is so cute! I adore your paper style! Yes I had trouble photographing our banner as well! Love your paint color! I have always said the food I could survive on for the rest of my life on a desert island would be Jiff Chunky Peanut Butter! LOL great minds think alike! Have a great day! E

I love that banner! I visit Elizabeth's site occasionally, and am completely bowled over by her crafting. I love the look of the paper crafts, and I think they would look fab in my house, but I don't think I can manage one more hobby! I guess I'll have to live vicariously though the crafting and blog posts of others.

Oh, and yes, I have seen the movie Cold Mountain. I'm enjoying the book much, much more, though!

Your banner looks fantastic and I do like that paint color too.
You asked about distance for me to Michael's. That is 232 miles away and Jo Ann's is 75. Nan
