Last night I got to thinking, what could I make for my October paper block? I hang these beside my desk for the month, it makes a fun decoration. Then I realized I never shared September's and August's?? Talk about forgetful!
I loved my August one, hey, I love summer (and the beach!). The beach sign is from graphic 45 and the August calendar is from a Tim Holtz paper pad. The little shells are from Florida years ago.
In September, I think of school, even though here this year my daughter started on August 16th, that seems so early! I've had this little girl saved for a while on my computer, I think she originally came from flickr.
I haven't come up with anything for October yet, but hopefully when I do, I'll remember to post it a little sooner!
Sorry for the not so great pics, it's a very gloomy day here.

Hi Lisa! These are WONDERFUL! I think I'll tackle a block of the month next year...MY October would be full of sweet and vintage images of kids trick or treating, or sweet little mummies or zombies. :-)
Lisa these are both so cute. I love the little girl in the desk..we had those desk for awhile when I was little. Just told my age..lol
Have a great weekend..Hugs Cindy from Rick-Rack and Gingham
These are so cute! I am out of the papercrafting loop so I hope you don't mind if I ask what these are for?
And in response to an earlier post I wore a Gunne Sax dress to my prom :)
These little blocks are the cutest things....I just love all the vintage pictures you, Elizabeth, and the others use in your little creations. They are so dear. I am in the process of making my first yardstick banner for Halloween, and when it is finally complete I will post it....it cannot attempt to compare with what you all are making. Maybe one day I will catch up with you.
Hugs,
Genie
